Kaylee is 1 year old!!!!

Better late than never!

Our sweet jelly bean love bunny turned 1 year old on September 19th!

She had a small family party that day and then a bigger friends and family party that weekend.

Poor thing was teething, though, and didn't quite get to enjoy the festivities as much as I'd hoped.

She didn't even like the homemade Paleo gluten free cupcakes Mama made her.

But all the other guests seemed to enjoy them! ;)

 

 

Kaylee is walking!!!!

We are so so so proud that our little bunny is walking at just two weeks shy of 1 year old!!!!

She will take several steps by herself now before sitting down.

It brings tears to my eyes.  I love seeing her grow, 

but I do miss my little tiny 5lb 11oz baby sometimes.

On top of everything, she is also getting her third tooth (top left) 

with the top right one not too far behind.

As a mother, you worry so much if you're doing everything right.

It's times like these that you feel just a tiny bit validated.

As a side note, I'm the worst videographer....

right after she sat down she turned around and gave me a huge grin, 

which I missed thanks to my trigger finger shutting the video off. 

Kaylee's Mama Turns 30!

We went out to a new Brazilian steakhouse restaurant for my 30th birthday.

 This is a picture of Kaylee and Miss Norma.  She and her husband are dear friends of the family that I met when I was just a little older than Kaylee.  We stopped by her house on the way to our beach destination.

Oldies But Goodies

I love my mom bless her sweet little heart, but she takes pictures with the camera in her purse, and they stay on her camera forever!  I finally remembered all the beach pictures she took and asked her for the SD card to pull them, and what did I find?  Easter pics!  Cute Easter pics of us with Kaylee.  So here they are.
